Autoyaar, droom's partner for providing services is grossly negligent in providing service. Person coming to pick car is not having any identify card, illiterate. Even not aware as to how to find address. He does not carry instructions as to what he is supposed to work upon. I was promised that car will be delivered latest by 2 o'clock on same day. I didn't get any response from vendor till 6. And Mr Sunil Gupta is not available, who is said to be available 24×7. Bill is not provided for work done. Wheel balancing and alignment report also not provided. Don't know whether work is done or not.
I had booked CAR CARE & DETAILING, SUPER PREMIUM - CAR CARE & DETAILING - AUTOYAAR service. Person who showed up at my door for service was instructed to do only Internal cleaning. After multiple calls (almost 1.5 hours) and explaining that I had booked CAR CARE & DETAILING, SUPER PREMIUM - CAR CARE & DETAILING - AUTOYAAR and not just Internal cleaning, service provider in Pune (Carkeepers) agreed to send a person to do external cleaning and detailing (rubbing and polishing). Person who had come for Internal cleaning told me that he doesn't have tools to do External cleaning and detailing job. I waited and nobody showed up for external body cleaning and detailing. Carkeepers Manager later called the guy who was doing Internal job to just apply wax by hand on the external car body and be done with it. Carkeeper Manager stopped receiving my calls after this. Following services were mentioned on Droom.com when I booked and were never delivered. 1. External foam wash 2. Hot water engine wash 3. Underbody cleaning 5. Wax rubbing and polishing (external) 6. Anti scratch coating on front windshield Please beware ! You won't get what you are booking here on Droom.com. Autoyaar people sound professional but fail to deliver. I mentioned all what happened in feedback call from Autoyaar and Autoyaar person only responded saying. we have noted your points and we will mark the order completed. Note - person who did Internal cleaning and detailing did his job well.
