About Kawasaki Z800

Kawasaki has been a top player in sports bike manufacturing; the Japanese manufacturer gained recognition with its Kawasaki ZXR Ninja. The production of two-wheelers is monitored by the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Motorcycle & Engine and was founded in the year 1960. The company has headquarters in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. Currently, the company only focuses on sports bike production as they had tried their luck with commuter bikes in the past; the commuter range by Kawasaki was successful but eventually got outdated. Here are the bikes made by Kawasaki in the superbike segment.

  1. Kawasaki Ninja ZX 14R: The bike has a bulky body with large fairings, the front of the bike bears an aggressive look with powerful headlamps and fog lights. The fuel tank of the bike is contoured and large with grilled side fairings that add to the aggressive look of the bike. The Dual exhaust under the split seats also compliments the edgy looks of the bike. The bike has an advanced instrument panel that looks like a cockpit with a digital speedometer and LED indicators. The bike runs on the Liquid Cooled, 4-Stroke In-Line Four Cylinder engine that generates power up to 200 PS @ 10000 rpm and torque upto 158.2 Nm @ 7500 rpm with a top speed of 335 Kmph.

  1. Kawasaki Ninja H2: The Ninja H2 is yet another symbol of automobile supremacy of the Japanese manufacturer. The bike has a majestic front body profile that features a powerful projector headlight with twin LED positioning lights. The transparent glass coated colour gives the bike a high end feel. The bike features a sporty step up, a split seat that comes thickly cushioned. The bike runs on the mighty 998cc, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, in-line four-cylinder, DOHC 16 valve engine. With a six-speed return dog ring type transmission that comes employed in MotoGP bikes. The bike generates power up to 197.3bhp at 11,000rpm and torque upto 133.5Nm at 10,500rpm.

  1. Kawasaki Z1000: The Kawasaki Z1000 is the most powerful bike from the Kawasaki. The front profile of the bike is designed in the ‘Sugomi’ style which gives it an aggressive impression. With minimal faring on the sides, the matte coloured engine of the bike is fully exposed and enhances the superbike look. The large and contoured fuel tank painted in Green and Golden with the Kawasaki logo on the front looks absolutely stunning. The bike has a powertrain of 1,043cc inline-four liquid-cooled engine that easily generates power upto 142bhp at 10,000rpm and a torque of 111Nm at 7,300 rpm.

These bikes are more than superbikes; they can be considered as street ravagers. With powerful engines, the brand has created vehicles like the above, but the upcoming Kawasaki superbikes are expected to be more powerful than ever.
