There is also no payment needed to get an online showroom, to access StoreManager, or to use our seller tools for pricing and trust, or to grow their business. Being an online ecommerce platform, we win only when our sellers win.
In order to build world’s largest automobile seller community, we would like to know you better. So, we would request you to update your KYC (Know Your Customer) and bank account details in the StoreManager to take maximum benefits of Droom’s features and offerings. Below is the list of details which you must fill to avail all benefits from Droom.
- Verify your Mobile Number - It can be verified via OTP send on your number, when you login to your StoreManager
- Verify your Registered Email ID – You can verify this by the clicking on link send to you on the provided email id
- Verify your Identity or Name - Enter your name that is similar to the name on PAN card or PAN account. In case of doubt, please verify your name on PAN card by clicking here.
- Verify your Business Address – You can easily verify your business address by uploading valid documents as proof. The acceptable documents are Electricity Bill, Mobile/Landline bill, Water Bill, Bank Statement, Passbook, Cheque book, Power Of Attorney and Rent Agreement with Seller's AADHAAR. Freelance Seller can also submit AADHAAR, Voter’s ID, Driving License, Passport, Gas Bill, Credit Card Statement and Property Tax receipt for address verification.
- Verify your Bank Account details – Droom will credit some money to your registered bank account. Once credited, you can mention the value credited in your bank account in the StoreManager (Setting-> KYC & Banking Info -> Bank Account Details)
We request you to update your KYC details as soon as possible to receive an uninterrupted service from Droom. Please ensure to provide all the KYC and bank account details in your StoreManager to enjoy all Droom features and services. Droom will hold your pay-outs (until verified) for sellers, who are not KYC verified.

How it Works
You can easily verify your KYC and bank account details using StoreManager. Here are the steps to verify your details:
Following are the steps to Verify KYC:
Step 1: Login to your StoreManager account
Step 2: Go to “Settings” and click on “KYC and Verification”. The Verification tab will provide the information of verified and not verified KYC details
Step 3: To verify your bank account. Provide bank account details under “Profile Settings -> Business Info”
Step 4: Go to Verifications and enter the random verification amount received in your bank account and click “verify” button
Step 5: If your email, phone number, address, and identity is not verified, please check the information provided by you. You can change any of these details by clicking “Change” option given. These details are verified by Droom on basis of details provided by you.
You can also update/edit your KYC details later, but you must verify them again.
FAQs
KYC (Know Your Customer) is an initiative to validate the information provided by a seller to Droom. A seller would need to confirm his/her name, email, mobile number, business address and bank account to be a KYC verified seller.
Mobile number is verified by OTP, Email is verified by clicking on link sent to the registered email id, Bank account is verified by entering the sample amount sent to your bank account, Identity is verified by your PAN number and Business address is verified based on the document you upload as proof.
Seller should validate his/her mobile number, email and bank account details. Business address and Identity of the seller will be verified by Droom based on the details provided by the seller.
The following might be reasons if you have not received your payment –
- Your KYC and Bank Info details are not updated and verified
- You have verified your KYC and Bank Info after Monday. In this case your payment will be processed in the next cycle
Bank account verification will happen only when you have done business via Droom. After your first successful order Droom will credit some amount in your registered bank account in the weekly billing cycle. Droom will promptly pay you from the subsequent billing cycle, once your KYC and bank account is verified.

If your address verification has failed or rejected, following might be the reasons for Droom to reject the documents submitted:
- Quality of image uploaded is not good
- Document uploaded by you is not valid or legitimate
- Address registered on Droom is different from the address mentioned in the document
