Payments are made only for those items that have been successful marked as complete without any disputes. Orders that have not been marked as complete or have been cancelled or disputed before the current payment cycles are not paid during the current Wednesday payment cycle.

9. Why the amount I receive is less than the revenue I generated at Droom last week?

The adjustments caused by returned items, cancelled orders or wrong orders etc. will be done twice a month and your weekly payments will be adjusted downward for those adjustments.

10. What happens if an order got cancelled due to the non-availability on the seller’s ends or any fault of seller?

If an order gets cancelled due to non-availability on sellers end or any fault seller, then Droom charges a minimal cancellation fee, which equals Selling service fee+ GST (depending upon the category)

For Example, if Droom receive commitment fee (Token Amount) from a buyer for a listing, and the seller informs to Droom or the buyer that the item is no longer available, it will result into deduction of selling services fee + GST as cancellation fee from seller’s payout.

Droom makes payments via NEFT/RTGS. 2. Lifetime Active Listings

All the listings that are and were active on drool’s platform since launch of first commercial mobile app are called active listings. All listings that are active, sold, deactivated, expired, suspended, not available, hidden and completed on platform gives the total number of lifetime active listings.

3. Listing status

It is the stage at which a listing is in terms of being displayed to the buyers and the transaction status of the order placed. A listing can be in the any of the following statues active, sold, deactivated, expired, suspended, not available, hidden and completed.

4. Total Listings

All the listings uploaded on Droom’s online platform are the part of total listings. All listings that are active, sold, deactivated, draft, expired, suspended, not available, hidden and completed on platform gives the total number of listings on Droom.

6. Pro-Sellers

All the auto dealers, brokers, resellers, or auto manufacturers registered on Droom’s online platform are called as Pro-sellers. 7. Casual Sellers

Casual seller is an individual who is not a professional dealer and wants to sell individually on Droom’s online platform.

8. Premium Pro-Seller

It is the type of pro-seller who enjoys premium services and additional features. Any pro-seller can become a pro seller premium after paying the valid subscription fee.

9. Pro-Seller Enterprise

Any seller who is original equipment manufacturer, multi-location dealer, multi-location service provider or an organized dealer network can be a Pro-Seller Enterprise. And an enterprise seller can onboard, track and manage entire dealer network through one account.

10. Total Sellers

The total number of sellers registered on Droom including pro-sellers and casual sellers.

11. Total Active Sellers

All the pro-sellers with minimum 2 current active listings on Droom’s platform are called active sellers.

It is the stage at which the seller is in terms of doing its business with Droom. It ranges from being at various stages of completing its store front settings to being Active to being suspended and being offline at Droom.

The order can be in different phases like committed, pending verification, completed, settled, and refunded.
