Disclaimer:

“As per the current Lockdown guidelines, the vehicle delivery and fulfillment of related bundled services will happen once the lockdown is over. However, Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours”. Droom will not be liable for any delay in delivery of vehicle/services or any kind of damages which You may incur in case the vehicle/services is delayed.

Till the time the lockdown period is ongoing nationwide, You are eligible for refund at any given time till the lockdown period is ongoing. The limitation of time period of 5 days after the token amount is paid by the Buyer as mentioned in the Cancellation, refund and return policy and the Buyer Protection Policy will not be applicable during this lockdown period. Once the lockdown is lifted, the refund policy as mentioned in the Buyer Protection Program will be applicable in it’s normal nature from the day the lockdown is lifted.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This is an ongoing Offer provided by Droom and Droom reserves the right to discontinue with this without any prior information to You at it’s sole discretion.
2. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers on https://www.droom.in (“Website”).
3. The customer can avail this offer during the time of checkout using the given Cashback coupon code. The cashback mentioned on the Cart page will be final.
4. Cashback will be processed after 10-15 working days from the date of Vehicle delivery.
5. This Cashback shall only apply to registered user or single user.
6. Buyer is responsible to update & verify his/her correct bank details/KYC documents & Droom will not be responsible, in case the Cashback is processed with incorrect details.
7. Droom at its own discretion may ask for more information/documentation on email or on call before processing Your order.
8. This Offer is a limited period offer, limited quantity or until all products/services under this Offer are sold.
9. Droom’s Buyer verification process will be done before and/or after the transaction and can be on the phone or in person as per sole discretion of Droom.
10. Droom will not approve any transactions unless they go through Droom’s Buyer and Seller verification process and till the time all proper documents required are submitted to Droom team. Droom will not be liable for any delay in services in case You do not submit all required details and documents on time.
11. Droom does not take any responsibility or validity of documents provided by You.
12. In case the order is executed without going through the verification process of Droom, then Droom will not be under any obligation or liable to pay or refund any amount for that specific order and will not be liable to resolve any disputes thereafter.
13. This Offer can end anytime with or without prior notice by sole discretion of Droom.

15. Buyer is responsible for reaching out to the Seller and coordinate the transaction closure process, however, Droom’s delivery team will assist You in the process.
16. Buyer and Seller are responsible for following all the rules and regulations prescribed by RTO for buying, selling, transfer and registration of vehicle. Droom does not hold any responsibility or liability in the process.
17. Buyer will solely be responsible for insurance that is required by law.
18. There may be additional costs involved for transfer, registration and other services which will be determined at the sole discretion of Droom and the Buyer will be liable to pay for the same. Droom will not be responsible or shall be held liable to pay any extra amount on Your behalf to the seller or any third party. Droom disclaims all liabilities in this regard.
19. Full transaction is considered closed once Buyer and seller meet and complete all their obligations.
20. Please refer to item checklist provided by Droom delivery team to You on mail or chat or on call before you meet seller for the successful transaction closure; would typically include Address proof, Personal ID proof, etc. and other documents for transfer of ownership/vehicle registration requirements.
21. Droom reserves the right to cancel Your order and refund You the amount of any specific order at its sole discretion without providing any explanation/reason (s) to You whatsoever. Droom may take upto five (05) business days in case of a refund of Your order.
22. To communicate this Offer, Droom may provide You with a discount coupon through the Website or on call or email or any other source as Droom may deem fit at its sole discretion for availing the offers listed on the Website. Each coupon can be availed only once per User on the Offer coupon code is intended for. No additional discounts will be provided by Droom to You. Further, the coupon cannot be combined with any other offer or services active on the Website.
23. The token amount for buyer is fully refundable (no questions asked) if the Buyer intiates for a refund within 5 business days and covered under Droom Buyer Protection Policy and the Cancellation, refund and return policy in all the cases until or unless transaction is not completed. The refund is initiated within 5 business days after the cancellation of the order. After 5 business days, the initiation of refund shall vary on case to case basis solely be Droom's discretion and decision of Droom shall be final and binding on the Buyer.
24. Droom’s decision in any/ all disputes of any Buyer in relation to this Offer shall be final and binding on the Buyer and Droom further disclaims all liabilities in regard to products/services under this Offer.
25. This Offer can only be availed with the payment method and options mentioned in listing details or deal page.
26. The Offer is solely and exclusively operated by Droom. Droom reserves the right to take appropriate legal action solely at Your cost in case of any dispute in relation to the Offer or any refund issues regarding any orders under this Offer.
27. Droom may at it’s sole discretion change/modify or alter the terms of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to You.
28. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Droom/ Website, its owner(s), licensee(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, technician and vendors from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to any product/service sold under this Offer to You.
29. The terms and conditions of this Offer are governed by Indian laws and any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram.
