Commitment fee or full purchase amount, if paid to seller via Droom, is covered by Droom Buyer Protection and the buyer can get full refund of the money paid for Committed Buyers or full transaction amount paid to a seller, via droom.
If a transaction does not close due to the following reasons, buyer gets full refund of the Commitment Fee or the full transaction amount if paid to seller via droom under Buy Now selling formats:
Droom does not release commitment fee to the seller unless buyer confirms that the transaction has been closed or does not inform us about any issue after the transaction closure period has expired.
