Bajaj is a globally renowned two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturing company that is based in India. Bajaj Auto is a part of the Bajaj Group and till date it manufactured motorcycles, scooters and auto rickshaws. But now Bajaj cars has also been launched in India.

Bajaj Qute or RE60 is India's first ever quadricycle, which means it lies somewhere between that of a three-wheeler rickshaw and a proper four-wheeler car. For a while, Bajaj was manufacturing Qute in India for exporting it. But in April 2019, it launched in the Indian market.

It faced many challenges before launching in India. The quadricycle car model was not available in India before and was not legally approved too to run on Indian roads. In 2018, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways approved the creation of this new class of vehicles known as quadricycles. Now, Qute can legally run on roads in the country and it can be used for both commercial and personal use.
