How to reach AUTO EXPO – India Expo Mart

By Metro-

The best way to reach AUTO EXPO is via Delhi metro.
If you are coming from Delhi, take the Noida-bound blue line metro and get off at Sec- 52 Noida metro station. Once you get down at the station, you will get free shuttle bus service from Sec-52 to Aqua Line. To reach AUTO EXPO or Greater Noida, the only metro line that is dedicated is the Aqua Line. You need to avail the Aqua Line and get off at the station Knowledge Park II. (Be careful: Tickets and smart cards of the Delhi metro cannot be used on the Aqua Line metro and vice versa)

If you are coming from Gurgaon, then first take the Yellow Line, change to Magenta Line at Hauz Khas and go to Botanical Garden and then avail the Blue Line to reach Sec 52 Noida metro station. From there follow the same route of availing the Aqua Line.

By road-

If you driving to AUTO EXPO or taking a cab, then the most convenient route will be taking the Noida expressway.
If you are coming from central Delhi, take the Ring Road to the DND bridge, and then use the expressway to Noida.

If you are coming from Mathura Road, take a left after Apollo Hospital, and then take the Amity flyover and then avail expressway.

If you are coming from Ghaziabad, then take NH 24, at Akshardham Setu continue left and take the Mayur Vihar – Noida road. The underpass will take you to the expressway.

By air-

The nearest airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport. You can hire a cab directly to the venue, which should take approx. 1 hour to reach the venue located at a distance of 49 kms.

AUTO EXPO is India’s only, Asia’s largest and the world’s second-largest motor exhibition, which takes place in every alternate year on the ground of India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. AUTO EXPO is a joint effort of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). In the year 2020, India is going to host the 15 th edition of AUTO EXPO from 7 th to 12 th February.
AUTO EXPO is considered as one of the world's premier shows that showcases the best of the automotive world, in terms of products, technologies, concepts and trends, under the same platform. This event promises to provide stages to all the major contributors of the industry, so that auto enthusiasts can witness the best ones coming together on a single platform.

The AUTO EXPO Greater Noida will be held at India Expo Mart (IEM). The venue is massive, and it sprawls over 58 acres of land covering 65,000 sqm of built-up area with six entry and exit gates. It accommodates 14 exhibition halls, convention facilities and lounges, along with restaurants and food courts. So, prepare to walk a lot.
It is advisable to hire a cab or use local transport to arrive at the venue. The expo venue is a car-free zone so, bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, etc., is strictly prohibited on the premises. The parking space available, but it is quite a walk from the venue and may require you to take a shuttle to the site.
The entry for AUTO EXPO 2020 starts at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. However, The Expo Mart will need to be vacated by 6 p.m. and entry into the exhibition halls will close 30 minutes prior to the closing time of the Expo.
One ticket is valid for a single person and ticket holder will be allowed to enter the premises only once. However, the organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone even if they possess a valid ticket without any justification. Children up to five years of age, wheelchair users and the person assisting them are exempted from purchasing a ticket. There will be no refund or replacement for lost tickets and passes will only be counted as authentic if it has an untampered barcode.
The price for tickets for AUTO EXPO 2020 starts ₹350 for general public on weekdays and ₹475 on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and is as high as ₹750 for business visitors. The children up to the age of five and wheelchair bound attendees along with the person assisting them are exempted from buying a ticket.
The AUTO EXPO 2020 is given a high level of security. Just like every prominent venue, attendees will be frisked at checkpoints by designated security personnel for any dangerous possessions. These include firearms, knives/blades, sharp objects, lighters, matchboxes, toy weapons, inflammable materials, laser pointers, glass/plastic containers, bombs, cans and bottles. You can carry luggage inside. However, it will be put through an X-ray scanner at the security booth and checked thoroughly.
You will find multiple food stalls at the venue. Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside the premises.
On both 5th and 6th December, the day is divided into 3 slots of roughly 3 hours each. You can join us in any slot you want but it is advisable to opt for slots 2 and 3. You can also join us for the whole day or more than one slot.
It is a two-day event and you can attend it during any of the time slots suitable for you. It is advisable to be present at the time slot you choose in RSVP.
Yes, you can bring your vehicle along with you and drive on the F1 track. You will have the option to drive vehicles provided by Droom basis the slot chosen and vehicle availability.
Yes, you can basis your intent to purchase and terms & conditions provided by the sellers to you. Some vehicles may not be available for real-drive on track before the auction.
