Yamaha has introduced dual channel ABS in the FZ25 as well as Fazer 25, priced from Rs. 1.33 lakhs.

All the bike makers are gradually introducing ABS across their lineup ahead of the safety norms taking place this year. Now, Yamaha has equipped the FZ25 and Fazer 25 with dual channel ABS. The Yamaha FZ25 ABS version is priced at Rs. 1.33 lakhs (all prices, ex-showroom) while the Fazer 25 ABS version is priced at Rs. 1.43 lakhs.

The Japanese bike maker has increased Rs. 15,000/- for adding dual-channel ABS. Recently, Yamaha Motor India had also updated the R15 V3 with dual channel ABS. This move is bound to get appreciation from Yamaha lovers. The FZ25 is available in dark matt blue, cyan blue and matt black colours while the Fazer 25 is offered in metallic black and dark matt blue.

There are no other changes to the bikes apart from the addition of ABS. Powering both the bikes is the same 250cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 20.3 BHP of power at 8000 RPM and 20 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM. Along with this update, Yamaha has launched FZ V3 and FZ-S as well that get some cosmetic changes.
