Volkswagen has launched the T-Cross compact SUV in the UK with a starting price of £23,150 (Rs. 21.54 lakhs). The German carmaker has launched the T-Cross First Edition, which is a limited edition marking the launch of the T-Cross. The special edition T-Cross is limited to only first 250 customers and it will go on sale starting 5th February 2019.
The VW T-Cross First Edition comes with cosmetic tweaks and longer list of features. It is available in Pure White colour with black contrasting elements. The special edition comes with silver roof rails, exclusive decal on C-pillars and 18-inch alloy wheels. Some of the features include Beats audio system with extra subwoofer and Discover Media satellite navigation, background lighting and sliding rear seats.
Some of the safety features offered with the VW T-Cross First Edition include Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring and Adaptive Cruise Control. This limited edition T-Cross is available with a single engine option, which is a 1.0-litre petrol engine that produces 115 PS of power and is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
