UM motorcycles have revealed its 2019 motorcycles line-up at the 2018 EICMA show. The line-up consisted various type of motorcycles which included the Café Racer 250 V-twin, Café Sport 250 V-twin and Scrambler Naked 250 V-twin. Along with this, the company also showcased their new Renegade Vegas cruiser.
These motorcycles are mainly for the European market and the company may bring these to our shores as well, but it has not been confirmed yet. However, the company is looking forward to expanding its base in our country. In 2019, the manufacturer will bring Renegade Vegas and Renegade Duty S to India.
The Scrambler, Café Sport and Café Racer will be powered by a 248.9cc, V-twin, air-cooled engine that churns out 18 BHP at 8000 RPM and 18.5 Nm at 8000 RPM. The Scrambler gets dual purpose tyres, spoked wheels and a tall stance. Whereas, the Café Sport and Café Racer look very much the same and have a single seat and rear cowl.
The Renegade Vegas cruiser bike follows the traditional UM design pattern with a more modern aesthetics. It is powered by a 300cc, single-cylinder motor that produces 25.4 BHP of power at 9500 RPM and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The prices and the exact launch date haven’t been announced yet, but it will be made public in the coming future.
