Triumph Trident 660 can now be pre-booked at an initial amount of Rs 50,000


Triumph Motorcycle has officially started accepting bookings for its upcoming Trident 660 in the country. Interested buyers can easily book the bike at an initial amount of Rs 50,000. Furthermore, the bookings are open across all Triumph India dealerships. In addition, the British automaker is also offering a special finance scheme for the motorcycle. According to the scheme, customers can purchase the bike at an EMI of just Rs 9,999. This offer is valid only for a limited period. Plus as per the brand, the booking amount is 100 percent refundable. 

The New Triumph Trident 660 sits on a new tubular steel chassis. Upfront, it features a circular LED headlamp. The bike rides on 17-inch cast aluminum wheels. Key element highlights include a round instrument cluster, ride-by-wire, ABS, and traction control. It also gets two riding modes namely road and rain.

Mechanically, the Trident 660 is powered by a 660cc, inline 3-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that churns out 80 bhp power @10,250 rpm and 64 Nm torque @6,250 rpm. The motor is linked to a 6-speed gearbox via a slip or assist clutch. Suspension duties are handled by 41mm Showa upside-down forks in the front and an adjustable Showa mono-shock towards the rear. In terms of brakes, it gets twin 310mm disc brakes up the front and a single disc at the rear.
