Toyota India has launched the Fortuner Legender 4x4 at a sticker price of Rs 42.33 Lakhs (Ex-showroom, India) in the country. The bookings for the new 4x4 variant are now open at Toyota dealerships as well as online. Toyota Fortuner Legender was first launched in January 2021 with a 4X2 drivetrain. The company further revealed that it has sold more than 2700 units of the Legender variant till date in the Indian market. Needless to say, the new Legender 4x4 variant comes loaded with a plethora of premium features.

Toyota Fortuner Legender 4x4 flaunts split quad-LED headlamps with waterfall LED line guide signature upfront. In addition, there is a sleek front grille with piano black accents. The SUV rides on 18-inch multi-layered machine cut finished alloy wheels while boasting of Catamaran styled front and rear bumpers. Being available in a dual tone Pearl White color with Black roof, it also gets sequential turn indicators. Sharing his views on the launch of the new 4X4 Legender variant, Mr. V. Wiseline Sigamani, Associate General Manager(AGM), Sales and Strategic Marketing said, “At TKM, we bring innovations and new products to the market to meet the aspirations of our customers and changing market requirements."

The cabin is offered in a dual tone Black and Maroon theme with contrast stitching for steering wheel and console box. Other notable features present in the SUV are Interior Ambient Illumination for Instrument Panel, Front Door Trim and Front Foot-well areas, Suction-based Seat Ventilation System for Front Row, Rear USB Port, Kick Sensor for Power Back Door, Wireless Smartphone Charger and 11 JBL Speakers including Subwoofer. "The new Legender 4X4 AT variant is another such initiative as many customers expressed a desire for a 4X4 variant for even more enhanced performance. We are hopeful that the customers will be thrilled with the new variant and the top-of-the-line off-roading and city driving capabilities that the Legender provides," added Sigamani.
Toyota Fortuner Legender 4x4 Engine
Toyota Fortuner Legender 4x4 is powered by a 2.8L 4-cylinder diesel engine which delivers top power of 201 bhp and best-in-class torque performance of 500 Nm. The engine is linked to a 6-speed automatic transmission with an all-wheel-drive system as standard.
