Tata Punch is offered in four distinct personas - Pure, Adventure, Accomplished, and Creative along with customization packs

Tata Motors has finally launched the all-new Punch at a starting price of Rs 5.49 Lakhs (ex-showroom). The price goes as high as Rs 9.09 lakhs (ex-showroom) for the top-end Creative trim. These prices will be valid till December 31st, 2021. Moving on, the SUV is offered in a total of four trims namely Pure, Adventure, Accomplished, and Creative. 


Tata Punch: Features

In terms of features, the entry-level Pure persona comes equipped with dual airbags, ISOFIX child seat mounts, central locking, ABS, front-powered windows, and an engine start/stop button. The Adventure persona, on the other hand, gets features like steering-mounted controls, rear power windows, electrically adjustable wing mirrors, a USB charging socket, an audio system with 4 speakers, follow me home headlamps, and full wheel covers. Moving on to the Accomplished person, customers opting for this one will have access to a 7.0-inch touchscreen system with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto connectivity, a rear-view camera, cruise control, 15-inch stylized steel wheels, fog lamps, and keyless go. The top-end Creative persona packs in automatic projector headlamps with LED DRLs, a 7.0-inch semi-digital instrument cluster, rain-sensing wipers, 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, automatic climate control, a rear wiper & washer, and puddle lamps along with the features present in the Accomplished persona. 


Tata Punch: Customization Pack

Tata Motors is offering customization packs with all four personas of Punch. Having said this, there are three customization packs namely Rhythm, Dazzle, and Ira. The Pure and Adventure personas are offered with a Rhythm pack. While the Accomplished and Creative personas can be had with Dazzle and Ira packs respectively. The Rhythm pack for the Pure persona includes features like an audio system with four speakers and steering-mounted controls. If the customer opts for the Rhythm pack for the Adventure persona then he/she can get the standard audio system upgraded to a 7.0-inch Harman touchscreen system compatible with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto. With the Dazzle pack, you will get projector headlamps with LED DRLs, a black finished A-pillar, and 16-inch diamond-cut alloys. Lastly, the Ira pack will get you Tata’s iRA connected car technology. 

Tata Punch: Color Options

The all-new Tata Punch is offered in a total of seven color options namely Tornedo Blue, Meteor Bronze, Tropical Mist, Calypso Red, Orcus White, Atomic Orange, and Daytona Grey.

Tata Punch: Engine Specifications

Performance-wise, the all-new Punch is powered by a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine that churns out a top power of 85 bhp and a peak torque of 113 Nm. The motor can further be availed of with either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. Besides this, the SUV comes with an automatic start/stop engine functionality that further aids better fuel efficiency. Talking about the AMT variant, it features Traction Pro modes. The homegrown automaker claims that the Punch can do a 0-60 kmph sprint in just 6.5 seconds and a 0-100 kmph in a mere 16.5 seconds.
