Tata Nexon Top Variant Gets Bumper Discounts of Up to INR 60,000

Tata Motors, one of India’s leading SUV manufacturers, recently achieved a significant milestone of selling 20 lakh SUVs in India. The automaker is now providing massive discounts on the top-spec variant of the Nexon SUV. In the Indian market, the Tata Nexon is currently one of the best-selling compact sports utility vehicles. The Nexon model has also garnered impressive sales numbers for the homegrown automobile giant. Tata rolled out the updated version of the compact SUV in India a few months ago.

The Tata Nexon compact SUV comes in four variants: Smart, Creative, Pure, and Fearless. Notably, each of these trims is available in different versions. The Tata Nexon Fearless variant has now received massive benefits of up to INR 60,000. It has 20 multiple versions, depending on various fuel options. The new benefits offered by the brand come as a celebratory offer.

After the price cut, the Fearless trim has become one of the most accessible SUVs for customers. The Fearless+ S variant of the SUV is now priced at INR 13 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the Fearless version is priced at INR 12 lakh (ex-showroom). On the contrary, the Fearless diesel AMT lineup is also available with a discount of INR 60,000. After the price reduction, the Fearless diesel trim can be purchased at INR 14.10 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the Fearless+ and Fearless S versions now cost INR 15 lakh (ex-showroom) and INR 14.50 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively.

The Nexon compact SUV draws power from two engine options: a 1.5-litre diesel and a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol. The former engine churns out a power of 115 hp and a peak torque of 260 Nm, while the latter produces a power of 120 hp and a peak torque of 170 Nm. Both engines come with 6-speed AMT and 6-speed MT options. Moreover, the petrol engine is paired with either a 7-speed dual-clutch AT or a 5-speed manual gearbox with paddle shifters, as per the variant. Tata Motors also offers the compact SUV model with an electric powertrain.
