Tata Motors has introduced a special subscription scheme for Tata Nexon Electric in the Indian market. It can be availed at an all-inclusive fixed rental which starts at Rs. 41,900/- per month. The customers have three choices to select the tenure of the subscription which starts from a minimum duration of 18 months to 24 and 36 months. The company has collaborated with Orix Auto Infrastructure Services Limited which happens to be among India’s top leasing companies. Initially, the subscription scheme is being offered in 5 major cities – Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Announcing the launch of this unique EV subscription programme, Shailesh Chandra, President, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “EVs are the future, and as the leader of this fast growing segment, Tata Motors is committed to popularise their access and use in India. With this novel subscription model, we are making it more convenient for interested users of EVs to experience their myriad benefits. It is ideal for customers preferring ‘usership’ over ownership in the rapidly growing era of shared economy.” Tata Nexon EV subscription scheme also includes comprehensive insurance coverage, on call roadside assistance plus free maintenance with periodic servicing and doorstep delivery.

The company has made the entire process of subscription very convenient through digital engagement. Furthermore, customers will be provided with their own charger which can be installed at the home or office, depending upon the wish. Tata Nexon electric subscription service is best suited for corporates who prefer to lease, individuals with frequent inter-city job transfers, and expatriates who stay for a fixed tenure. Being a highly customizable scheme, it also allows the customers to either extend it or just return the vehicle after the tenure of their subscription is over. Tata Motors has partnered with Orix Auto in order to deliver a comprehensive value proposition to the customers. Below are the Tata Nexon electric subscription plans (inclusive of taxes):

36 months - Rs. 41,900 per month
24 months - Rs. 44,900 per month
18 months - Rs. 47,900 per month
