Tata Motors is giving a Cash Discount of Rs 25,000 on the Harrier SUV

Tata Motors is welcoming the Indian buyers in 2021 with discounts and offers on several of its models. The homegrown manufacturer is strengthening its presence in the lucrative Indian market with new launches as well. It launched Altroz iTurbo at a starting price of Rs 7.73 lakh (ex-showroom), India today with Safari expected to arrive by the end of this month. The iconic SUV is making a comeback after a gap of 2 years in a new avatar. It will come as a seven-seater SUV with captain seats in the middle row. 2021 Tata Safari will be based on the OMEGARC platform derived from Land Rover’s D8 platform. It will compete against the likes of MG Hector Plus, upcoming Mahindra XUV500, and Jeep Compass Facelift in its segment.



Now talking about the discounts, Tata Tiago and Tigor offer a Cash Discount of Rs 1000 and a Corporate Benefit of Rs 3000. Further, the Tiago attracts an Exchange Bonus of Rs 10,000 while Tigor comes with Exchange Benefit of Rs 15,000. As for Tata Nexon, the petrol model is being provided with a Corporate Discount of Rs 15,000 as there is no cash discount on the vehicle. On the other hand, the diesel model of the Nexon caters to a Corporate Rebate of Rs 3000 and an Exchange Bonus of Rs 15,000. Tata Harrier gets the biggest Cash Discount of Rs 25,000 plus an Exchange Benefit of Rs 40,000. 

These aside, Tata Nexon EV will be completing 1 year on the 28th of January 2021. As part of the first Anniversary celebrations, the company is offering an Exchange Discount to the tune of Rs 15,000 on its electric SUV. Nexon EV price starts from Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom), India as it has fought off competition from rivals like the MG ZS EV and Hyundai Kona EV to become the leader in its segment. Additionally, one can also take a subscription plan of Nexon EV for 36 months at a monthly cost of Rs 29,500. The EV is powered by a 30.2kWh battery and a 3 phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous motor that delivers a maximum power output of 127 bhp with 245 Nm of peak torque. The SUV offers an electric range of 312 kms on a single full charge.
