Skoda has teased their upcoming compact SUV, Skoda Kamiq that will make its debut at Geneva Motor Show

Skoda has revealed the design language of their upcoming compact SUV, teasing the sketches of the Skoda Kamiq. The entry-level SUV from the Czech carmaker will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. Skoda will be making an India spec version of the Kamiq as well that is expected to make its debut at the 2020 Auto Expo.

While the production spec Kamiq is still far away, the styling of the baby SUV has been previewed through these sketches. The design language at first glance looks very similar to the Skoda Kodiaq. The front profile gets a sharp nose with sleek LED headlights and DRLs along with the signature butterfly Skoda grille.

The side profile of the Kamiq has protuding lines and the rear looks youthful with the edgy design and tail light cluster inspired by the Kodiaq. In the international market, the Skoda Kamiq will be positioned below the Karoq as an entry-level SUV offering. It is based on the Volkswagen T-Cross platform. India-spec Kamiq is expected to come with some changes.
