Skoda Vision In, a concept to be unveiled at the Auto Expo 2020 that will preview the Indian Market targeted SUV. Skoda has released teasers which highlighted the expected designs in the exterior as well as the interior. There are a host of elegant additions like split LED headlamp setup, broad grille among others.
Skoda Rapid Facelift
Skoda Rapid got great reviews and has now got a facelift which will be unveiled at the Expo. The major change is the introduction of the BS6 compliant petrol engine and the discontinuation of the diesel engine keeping in mind the stricter emission controls devised by the government.
A premium compact SUV scheduled to be unveiled at the auto show is garnering a lot of traction in the media. There are six engine options available in the international market but we might see a different offering by Skoda for Indian customers. There are good chances of Skoda Karoq being available with a 1.5-liter TSI EVO turbocharged petrol engine and the normal diesel engine that is expected to be a 2.0-liter TDI unit.
Skoda Superb Facelift
India debut is here for the Skoda Superb Facelift, its showcasing is scheduled at the upcoming exhibition. Skoda Octavia RS 245
Skoda Octavia RS is back in the Indian market but is more powerful than ever. A 2.0-litre TSI engine under the hood produces a maximum power output of 242 bhp. According to media reports, the top speed would be 250 kmph with upgrades like large alloy wheels, revamped bumpers, elegant front seats with a new infotainment system. With a powerful engine, the users can expect lower ground clearance and optimized performance tyres. 6-speed manual, as well as 7-speed DSG automatic, is often what Skoda Octavia RS 245 is offered worldwide but we can expect the 7-speed DSG to be the one we get in India.
