Skoda has launched a contactless program that involves test drives & virtual product demo for better customer experience

Skoda Auto India has always been concerned about the health and safety of its employees and customers amid this Coronavirus pandemic. The company launched the centralized booking platform earlier this year. Now it has introduced the second wave of the contactless program. This initiative will help the brand to meet the customer’s expectations in the wake of the coronavirus crisis.

This new program will allow customers to experience contactless test drives. The customers can select the model of the car according to their preference through this seamless and secure platform. Apart from this, the company is also offering a live consultation suite and contactless virtual product demonstration. In order to avail this service, the customers can directly sign up on the website. Once this has been done, then the customers can access it via video conferencing over smartphones, tablets, and computers. This program further integrates 80+ dealership touchpoints nationwide.

“The ŠKODA AUTO contactless program testifies our commitment to using technology as a tool to stay connected with our customers and deliver an uncompromised sales and service experience, more so in these unprecedented circumstances. The latest initiative provides customers with an opportunity to explore and experience our exciting new range of products from the comfort of their home,” as commented by Zac Hollis, Brand Director, ŠKODA AUTO India.

Apart from this, the brand is also digitizing the whole ownership experience. The ‘MySkoda’ mobile application is basically a single-window interface between an existing or a prospective customer and the brand. Through this application, the Skoda customers can easily locate the nearest dealership and book a service appointment, access service history, cost calculator, accessories shop, and itemized billing record, as well as connect to Skoda customer care.
