BBT offering Rs. 6 lakhs discount on brand new Ducati Diavel.

Yes, you read that right. The Ducati Diavel is one monster of a bike, the price of this Italian power cruiser is around Rs. 16.15 lakhs, ex-showroom and bringing the bike on-road will burn a hole of Rs. 18.6 lakhs in your pocket. However, Indian customers can now buy a unit for just Rs. 11.99 lakhs, and that is the on-road price of the bike.

The steep discount on the bike has a reason behind it, read on to know more. Big Boy Toyz, and Indian dealer of used exotic vehicles is offering a major discount of almost Rs. 6 lakhs on the on-road price of the power cruiser in India. The dealer is offering such a major discount on the bike because the company had bought off 20 units of the 2018 model of the Diavel from the Italian maker and is now offering a major discount on these bikes.

The odometer on all the bikes comes with a zero reading and the bikes are brand new for all intents and purposes. However, since the dealer has already brought the bike from the company, the customer purchasing the bike will be the second owner of the monster power cruiser. Not just the normal version of the bike, the dealer also has 4 diesel units of the limited edition diesel models of the Ducati Diavel. The Italian maker had only released 666 units of the Diavel diesel worldwide and BBT was in possession of 4 such units, but they have been booked already.

Moving on to the mechanical aspects of the Ducati Diavel, the bike comes with a 1.2L twin cylinder engine rated to deliver 159.5 Bhp and 130.5 Nm. The engine on the power cruiser is a liquid cooled unit and comes paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The bulky bikes weigh around 239 kgs and comes with a host of features. The features offered on the bike include 3 riding modes, 8-level Ducati Traction Control and Bosch ABS. Ducati Diavel locks horns with bikes like the Yamaha V-Max in the market, although the latter is not sold in the country anymore.

Although this seems like a jaw-dropping deal, the bike is still more expensive than a lot of cars out there. Why, one can buy a Hyundai Creta at the price at which the bike is being sold currently. However, bike enthusiasts will still find this deal very alluring and it is god send for the people who were out in the market to buy a power cruiser.
