Royal Enfield, one of the leading two-wheeler manufacturers, recently organized a bike ride across India and celebrated the first anniversary of its flagship bike, the Super Meteor 650. In this ride, 2,000 Super Meteor bike owners took part, and it was hosted across 41 cities in India. The two-wheeler giant started selling this bike in February last year. The 650 motorcycle is available at a price range between INR 3.59 lakh and INR 3.73 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Super Meteor 650 is available in three variants: Interstellar, Astral, and Celestial. The Astral trim is priced at INR 3,60,899, and the Celestial comes at a price of INR 3,91,346. The Interstellar trim, on the other hand, is priced at INR 3,76,124. All prices are ex-showroom.

Recently, the brand updated the Meteor 650 with the addition of ‘Wingman’.  This feature will be integrated into the company’s application, which can be accessed on both iOS and Android devices. The Wingman feature has telematics hardware, which displays real-time information and the condition of the bike. The riders can get crucial updates via an interactive dashboard, which provides updates like service alerts, fuel levels, and battery status. Additionally, it gets many security features like GPS-enabled location tracking, engine on/off alerts, walk-to-my-motorcycle, and last-parked location tracking. The application also provides data regarding riding patterns, daily rides, and trip details like max speed, average speed, ride routes, and more.

The Super Meteor 650 is powered by the same 648 cc twin-cylinder engine that is also equipped in the other 650 cc motorcycles. The engine churns out 46.3 bhp of power and a peak torque of 52.3 Nm. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox.

The CCO of Royal Enfield, Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria, said, "One year of the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 marks a significant milestone in our journey. We are thrilled to see the passion and excitement it has ignited among riders worldwide. The Super Meteor, we believe, is an amazing cruiser and truly best in its category.
