The Chennai-based motorcycle giant is gaining wide traction among the bike riders. And, with the introduction of mobile app now, Royal Enfield has upped the ante by offering an effortless customer experience for its valued buyers. The mobile app can be accessed by existing customers as well as prospective buyers. Interested consumers can purchase any RE bike using the mobile app. They don’t need to visit the authorized dealerships anymore, just download the app and select the model. One can even select the variant and the colour options in the app. The payment options are further inbuilt in the app. Once the model is selected, the buyer can make a visit to the nearby authorized dealerships and take the bike home. Rest of the payment process can be done at the dealerships.
Royal Enfield riding events are a big hit among the bike enthusiasts. Now, one can send a request to be a part of the rides on the app itself. Share your rides and the routes with your biking peers on the app. A dedicated mobile app is an innovative approach by Royal Enfield as it gives the riders the opportunity to join their friends for an adventure. The benefits don’t end here, one can raise service requests for their bikes on the app.
Customers can avail the pick and drop facility at the service stations. Also, the app comes with plenty of Do-It-Yourself guides for the bikers to resolve the minor issues plaguing their prized possession. The motorcycle giant offers roadside assistance so in case you are stranded on the road, you can raise a request for help on the app.
Currently, five bikes are sold by Royal Enfield in India - Classic 350, Bullet 350, Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650 and Himalayan. Also, Meteor 350 is in the pipeline which will be replacing the Thunderbird model. Meteor 350 is based on a completely new framework called the ‘J’ platform. In the near future, one can expect an electric motorcycle from the Royal Enfield. The bike is rumoured to be in the development stage and we can expect an announcement in 2021.
