The new addition to Renault’s line-up will sport a rugged exterior and revised interior.

Renault will soon be launching the Kwid Climber in India. Initially showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo, the hatchback will be the third model in the Kwid 1.0 range.

Leaked images show that the front bumper has been slightly changed, and the company has added large plastic bits around the fog lamp housing and a faux matte-silver skid plate. A significant upgrade are the alloy wheels, which are being offered in the Kwid range for the first time.

The interior is splashed with a pop of orange on the dashboard and gear knob. The front seats get a new fabric design with a hint of orange as well. When launched, the Kwid Climber will be offered in an electric-blue paint shade and orange caps for the wing mirrors. The car will have the same 1.0-litre petrol motor good for 68hp. The car is expected to be priced around ₹35,000-45,000 more than the top-spec Kwid manual.
