BSIV Renault Kwid is available with a discounted sale before April 1, 2020.

Indian consumers love the festive season when there is a flood of offers and discounts by the leading automotive brands. Well, the festive period is far away but to the surprise of Indian consumers, there are a host of discounts being offered by the different automobile companies. With the tightening of the emission norms and the new BS VI policy being enforced by the Indian Govt, the automakers are giving away extensive discounts on the BS IV vehicles. By 1st April 2020, sale and purchase of the BSIV models would cease thus forcing the brands to offer discounts on the existing models to clear out their inventory.

Renault is not an exception to the discount season in the automobile sector as it has announced a new pricing for the Renault Kwid. The price starts at Rs 2.92 Lakhs for the BSIV Renault Kwid (Ex-Showroom, Delhi-NCR) while coming with a 4-year warranty and cash discount of up-to Rs 25,000 along with a host of benefits.

Renault KWID’s next-gen technology features an 8-inch touchscreen display with support for Android Auto and Apple Carplay, LED Digital Instrument Cluster, Reverse Parking Camera, Floor Console Mounted AMT Dial among others. A boot space of 279 litres can be useful for a long trip where you can accommodate extra luggage with ease.

Renault Kwid is powered by a 1.0L petrol engine, belting out of 67 bhp and 91 Nm with 5-speed manual transmission. It has a ground clearance of 184mm. The Kwid's fuel tank capacity is 28 litres with a mileage of 23.01 kmpl as per ARAI. Safety features such as ABS, Central Locking, Driver Airbag, Adjustable seats, EBD along with other impressive features make the BSIV Renault Kwid stand-out in the Hatchback segment.

Renault recently launched the BS6-compliant Kwid hatchback in India at Rs 2.92 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) with the top-end variant priced at Rs 5.01 lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi).
