The future of the other six products that don't meet the new norms is now in question.

Maruti Suzuki has stated that nine out of its 15 models currently meet India’s latest crash test norms. These norms affect cars sold since October 1, 2017 and will extend to all cars on sale in the country from October 1, 2019. As of October 1, 2018, the new pedestrian protection norms will need to be adhered to for all cars that will go on sale from October 1, 2020.

The S-Cross, Ciaz, Ertiga, Vitara Brezza, Baleno, Dzire, Swift, Ignis and Celerio models already meet these crash norms. Maruti also added in its statement that ‘the rest of the models will be compliant to the crash norms ahead of the regulatory timelines.’ The future of three cars is uncertain now, they are namely the Omni, Eeco and Gypsy. To sell them in India, they will need to be substantially re-engineering to be made crash-test-compliant, so you’re probably going to see them phased out.

The Omni sold 80,583 units in the last fiscal year while 74,554 units of the Eeco were sold in the same period.
