India's leading two-wheeler giant Bajaj Auto has introduced the 2025 Triumph Speed 400 in the Indian market. The MY25 Triumph Speed 400 is available at an ex-showroom price of INR 2.4 lakh. The new bike is INR 15,000 more expensive than the standard Speed 400 model. It has new clutch levers and brakes that are adjustable. The bike has not undergone any mechanical modifications, and its design is essentially the same as the standard model.

The upgraded Triumph Speed 400 has a number of innovations, including 17-inch alloy wheels, LED lighting, a digital multi-information display, ride-by-wire throttle, adjustable front brakes, bar-end style rear-view mirrors, an immobilizer, and chrome clutch levers. The MY25 Speed 400 bike houses a thicker foam seat for better comfort during long journeys.
2025 Triumph Speed 400 Powertrain
Powering the Triumph Speed 400 is the same 398-cc, 4-valve, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. The unit generates power of 39 bhp at 8,000 rpm and max torque of 37.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm. It is paired with a 6-speed along with a wet slipper clutch system.
The bike has a wheelbase of 1377 mm. Suspension duties are done by 43 mm USD forks up front, and at the rear, the bike gets a monoshock with preload adjustment. The motorcycle comes equipped with a dual-channel ABS followed by a braking setup. It receives 130 mm travel at the back and 140 mm travel up front.
Alongside the updated Speed 400, Triumph has also rolled out a more affordable entry-level motorcycle, the Speed T4. It takes inspiration from the standard Speed 400. It is available at an ex-showroom price of INR 2.17 lakh.
