Maruti has announced that sales for the new Dzire have crossed 1 lakh units.

Maruti Suzuki has sold 1 lakh units of the Dzire since its launch in May 2017. The Petrol engine-Dzire now sees 12 week waiting period while diesel sees 8-10 weeks. The compact-sedan has been selling in record numbers since its launch and has resulted in a huge back log.

The Maruti Dzire is available in eight total variants - LXi, LDi, VXi, VDi, ZXi, ZDi, ZXi+ and ZDi+. The base versions which are the LXi and LDi cannot be optioned with the AMT gearbox.
