Kia Seltos, Sonet, and Carens Get New Gravity Editions

As the festive season is on the horizon, Kia India has rolled out the new Gravity Editions of its famous models, including Seltos, Sonet, and Carens. The Gravity Edition comes with new features, colors, and updates. It is based on the mid-spec variants. Kia is offering the Gravity trim with both diesel and petrol engines at an introductory price of INR 10.50 lakh (ex-showroom). 

The Sonet Gravity edition is positioned above the HTK+ trim in the lineup. It is priced between INR 10.50 lakh and INR 12 lakh (ex-showroom). The Sonet compact SUV is now available in 22 variants. It draws power from 1.5-litre diesel, 1.0-litre turbo petrol, and 1.2-litre petrol engines. The diesel engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, while the 1.0-litre turbo petrol is mated to a 6-speed iMT. On the contrary, the 1.2-litre petrol is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. 

The all-new Sonet Gravity is being offered in three color options: Pearl White, Matte Graphite, and Aurora Black Pearl. It comes with several enhancements, including Indigo Pera seats with navy stitching, white brake calipers, 16-inch alloy wheels, TGS leather knob, spoiler, dash cam, front door armrest, wireless phone charger, 60:40 split seats, rear centre armrest, rear adjustable headrests, and Gravity emblem. 

The Kia Seltos Gravity edition is priced between INR 16.63 lakh and INR 18.21 lakh (ex-showroom). Kia is offering the Seltos Gravity variant in three color schemes: Aurora Black Pearl, Glacial White Pearl, and Dark Gun Metal (Matte). In the Seltos lineup, the new variant is placed above the HTX trim.

After the addition of the new Gravity trim, the Seltos mid-size SUV is now available in 24 variants. On the feature front, the Seltos Gravity comes equipped with a dash cam, ventilated front seats, a 10.25-inch digital LCD cluster, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, a Bose speaker system, 17-inch machined wheels, an exclusive Gravity emblem, body-colored door handles, and a glossy black rear spoiler.

It draws power from 1.5-litre diesel and 1.5-litre petrol engines. The diesel unit is mated to a 6-speed MT, while the petrol unit is paired with 6-speed MT and IVT transmission options.

The Kia Carens Gravity is priced between INR 12.10 lakh and INR 14 lakh (ex-showroom). The Carens Gravity is positioned above the Premium (O) variant in the MPV's range. It is loaded with various premium features, including a dash cam, artificial black leather seats, a sunroof, leatherette door trims and armrests, a gravity emblem, LED map and room lamps, and a steering wheel.

The new Gravity Edition is powered by three engine options: 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre turbo petrol, and 1.5-litre diesel. The 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines are mated to a 6-speed MT, while the 1.5-litre turbo petrol is paired with a 6-speed iMT transmission.
