The Citroen C5 Aircross SUV is assembled at the company’s plant in Thiruvallur, Chennai.

Citroen launched its flagship SUV, C5 Aircross earlier this month at a starting price of Rs 29.90 lakhs (ex-showroom). The automaker has now commenced the deliveries of the SUV from its La Maison dealerships across the country. Along with this, a new ‘Citroen Future Sure’ plan has also been introduced. This package allows the potential customers to purchase a Citroen at an easy monthly payment of Rs 49,999. Furthermore, the package also includes routine maintenance, roadside assistance, extended warranty, and an on-road financing for up to 5 years. For test drive, all the interested buyers can either directly visit the La Maison phygital showrooms or make a booking online.

Performance-wise, the new C5 Aircross is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel unit that generates a maximum power of 177 bhp and a peak torque of 400 Nm. The engine comes mated to an EAT8 automatic gearbox which sends power to the front wheels.
