MG Care at Home will offer doorstep contactless car services to its customers

With the Covid cases growing steadily in the country, MG Motor India has re-launched ‘MG Care at Home’. The automaker plans to provide safe and contactless doorstep services to its customers via this initiative.

Under the MG Care at Home initiative, the British automaker will be offering select services. These include car sanitization & fumigation, car dry wash, general car check-up, minor repairs & fitments at the customer’s home. Trained technicians will be delivering these services. They will be following all safety protocols. Besides these, all the services will be carried out using special portable equipment which enable facilities like MGerm Clean fumigation, dry wash, and some minor repairs. However, critical repairs and body shop work will be carried out at the automaker’s service facilities. Interested customers can easily avail the MG Care services via the My MG customer app.

“Our aim is to offer our customers the assurance and services at the comfort of their homes in the New Normal. While social distancing and required norms are adhered to on-site, the staff undergoes an additional layer of check prior to visiting the customers’ homes. This initiative is in addition to various other contactless programs introduced by MG like MG V Phy – a voice-guided audio demonstration at our dealerships and a digital suite of experiences for online car purchase,” as commented by Gaurav Gupta, Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President, MG Motor India.

Currently, MG Motor India has a wide network comprising 245 touch points across the country. The automaker has even recently launched MG Healthline which further provides free health consultations to its customers and their family members. Besides these, MG Hector (5-seater, Hector Plus 6-seater, & Hector Plus 7-seater), MG ZS EV, and MG Gloster, are a few models from the British automaker on sale in the country.
