Mercedes Benz has introduced the ‘Mercedes Me Connect’ technology with the Maestro Edition

Mercedes Benz India has launched the S-Class Maestro Edition today at a starting price of Rs 1.51 crores (ex-showroom). The company has also introduced the Mercedes Me Connect technology with the Maestro Edition. The latest version of Mercedes Me Connect services set the Maestro Edition apart from the standard model. 




With the ‘Mercedes Me’ app on the phone, one can easily track the vehicle location, remotely lock or unlock, open windows, sunroof, set speed alerts for other users among many others. Apart from the standard features, the ‘Mercedes me connect’ technology now comes equipped with three new features. These include Alexa home integration, Google Home, and Parking solutions POIs in the navigation system. In case you are an existing customer, the feature was recently auto-updated Over-The-Air (OTA). You just have to activate the new services in the app.

Besides these, Mercedes has equipped the S-Class Maestro edition with a few extra features. These include magic sky control with a panoramic sunroof and front seats with a memory package. Mercedes has introduced Nutbrown leather interiors with diamond bright exterior paint scheme for the cabin of the Maestro edition. This new interior leather option has been borrowed from the Mercedes Maybach S-Class. Apart from this, the S-Class Maestro Edition interiors also boasts of new High gloss brown eucalyptus wood trim. 

The Mercedes S-Class Maestro Edition gets new radar-based driver assistance features that reduce the risk of accidents and enhance the protection of occupants. Under the bonnet, the S-Class Maestro Edition is powered by a 2925cc engine that churns out 285 bhp power at 3400-4600 rpm and 600 Nm torque at 1200-3200 rpm. Talking about the color option, the Maestro Edition is offered in two new exterior color schemes - Anthracite Blue and Diamond White.
