Prasanna Pahade, Vice President of Auto and Farm Business at Mahindra Logistics, in an interview, remarked "We are connecting every part of the country. All major cities are now getting connected with Tier-II and Tier-III cities. The BTS model will allow Mahindra Logistics to increase efficiency and lower costs. The company also believes that the BTS model will be more sustainable in the long term.”

Mahindra Logistics offers completely incorporated arrangements traversing multi-modular transportation (inbound and outbound), yard management, store and linefeed services, large contractual workforce management, just-in-time services, warehousing arrangements, aftermarket logistics, return logistics, layout and process design support. As a result of provision of diversity of services, Mahindra Logistics is planning to add another 1 million-square-foot warehouse park in the Chakan-Talegaon region much similar to the one in Nashik. 

Additionally, Mahindra plans to open comparative offices across India.
