Lexus, the luxury vehicle division of Japanese carmaker, Toyota, marked its entry into the Indian automobile industry with the launch of ES 300h sedan and RX 450h SUV back in 2017. Earlier this year, the brand launched the LS 500h Nishijin variant in the country. Now it has launched its new ‘service’ brand called Lexus Life which is going to serve as an umbrella for all of the company’s ownership initiatives. Lexus Life is basically a comprehensive ownership program that offers a bunch of benefits in the form of amazing experiences throughout the ownership of a Lexus guest. Under this program, the brand plans to bring in new ownership benefits through the 'Lexus Ownership Portfolio'.

When we talk about Lexus Ownership Portfolio, it includes a variety of crafted plans for finance, warranty, roadside assistance, service options, and insurance. A periodic maintenance package called ProCare Service, which includes general repair is also on offer. Roadside Assistance is also on offer that includes support for smaller issues like tyre problems and refueling. Talking about extended warranty options, it includes a 2-year cover that is available over & above the 3-year OEM warranty and for vehicles aging up to 5 years. Besides these, Lexus will also offer insurance cover and bespoke financial services that will provide funding for the full ownership costs including service packs and extended warranties.
Additionally, Lexus will offer certified pre-owned Lexus cars. Also, apart from undergoing standard quality and safety checks, buyers will have the option of purchasing additional services from the Lexus Ownership Portfolio like extended warranties or service packs.
