Czech brand Jawa is back in India with a bang. They have launched three motorcycles – Jawa Classic, Jawa Forty Two and Jawa Perak. The Perak is the flagship product of the company and is completely different from the other two bikes.
The Jawa Perak is a bobber and has got a low and long stance. The bike which was showcased during the launch sported a matte black colour scheme with golden pinstriping. There is not even a bit of chrome on the bike. The bobber sports bar-end mirrors, chopped fenders, slash cut exhaust pipes and a single floating seat.
The Perak has a different subframe, a monoshock suspension at the rear and has disc brakes on either wheel along with dual channel ABS. The bike is powered by a 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 30 BHP and 31 Nm of torque. Currently, the Jawa Perak is not up for sale but it has been priced at Rs. 1.89 lakhs (ex-showroom).
