Jaguar Land Rover India has started pre-bookings for the F-PACE SVR in the country. It is the high-performance derivative of the standard F-PACE SUV. Jaguar F-PACE SVR gets subtle cosmetic updates at the outside and new features in the cabin to differentiate itself from the regular variants of the SUV. The British luxury brand had launched the 2021 F-PACE a couple of weeks back in India at a starting price of Rs 69.99 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, India). The F-PACE SVR price is expected to cross the Rs 1 Crore mark.




The high-performance SUV comes with a new SVR-badged grille which is flanked by a X-shaped bumper and super-slim all-LED quad headlights with ‘Double J’ Daytime Running Lights (DRLs). The SUV gets Adaptive Driving Beam technology which automatically adapts the high beam light to mask oncoming traffic or traffic signs. The cabin has been significantly restyled with features like Jaguar’s new Drive Selector, SVR split-rim steering wheel, Wireless Device Charger, Cabin Air Ionization with PM 2.5 filter and the latest version of 11.4-inch Pivi Pro touchscreen HD infotainment system. Jaguar F-PACE SVR also comes with Software-Over-The-Air (SOTA) feature alongside the Jaguar’s latest 3D Surround Camera with three selections namely Junction View, 3D Perspective View, and ClearSight Plan View.

Under the bonnet, Jaguar F-PACE SVR has the 5.0L V8 supercharged petrol engine which develops maximum power of 543 bhp and peak torque of 700 Nm. The engine is linked to an 8-speed automatic transmission as standard. The power is transmitted to all the four wheels via Jaguar’s All-Wheel Drive system which comes as a standard fitment. Being based on Jaguar’s advanced new Electronic Vehicle Architecture, it does a 0-100kmph sprint in merely 4 seconds. The braking system comprises of two-piece disc brakes at front as well as rear. The company has also introduced a new Integrated Power Booster with the braking system. There is also a stopwatch, G-Meter and pedal graph to help the driver in monitoring the performance of the SUV in Dynamic mode.
