Hyundai Venue variant list with details of features.

Hyundai will mark the entry in the sub-4 meter SUV segment in India with the launch of all-new Venue SUV in the coming days. The launch for the Venue SUV is slated to take place on 21 May. Upon launch the latest SUV from Hyundai will lock horns with the likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Honda WR-V, and Mahindra XUV300. The variant wise details of the SUV have now started doing round on the Internet and we have complied a list of all the variants and the major features one will find in them here. Hyundai will sell the Venue SUV in 5 trims and they will comes in 11 variants. This means a wide range of choice with something for every customer. Let’s take a look at all the variants and what they have to offer.

Hyundai Venue E

The E variant of the Venue will be the entry level model and will be sold with a 1.2L petrol engine and a 1.4L diesel engine with only manual transmission on offer on both the engines. The features list of the variant will include things like day/night IRVMs, impact-sensing door unlock, speed-sensing door lock and tilt adjustable steering. Apart from these features the other safety offerings on the entry level model will be 2 airbags with ABS and EBD, manual AC, manual central lock, engine immobilizer, clutch lock, ISOFIX seat mounts, impact sensing auto door unlock, and rear parking sensor. Apart from these safety features other things offered on the model will be body colour bumpers and outside door handle, waistline moulding, clutch footrest, battery saver, eco-coating and lane-change indicator.

Hyundai Venue S

The S variant of the Venue will be placed above the entry level E variant and will come with the options of 1.2L petrol engine, 1L petrol engine and the 1.4 L diesel engine. While a manual gearbox is standard with all the engine options, a dual clutch transmission will also be available with 1L petrol engine. Apart from the features seen on the entry level model the S variant will also come with keyless entry, headlamp escort, rear defogger, body colour ORVM, electronically adjustable ORVM, roof rails, dark chrome theme grille, double stitched fabric seat covers, centre console fixed armrest with storage, rear AC vent, rear power outlet, rear parcel tray, power windows on all doors with driver-side one-touch function, cooled glove box, sun visor mirror, 2-DIN audio, steering control for infotainment and phone, 4-speakers, Electronic Stability Control, and Vehicle Stability Management. The added safety features on the automatic transmission variant will be supervision cluster with rheostat and Brake Assist System.

Hyundai Venue SX

Next in line of the Venue line-up is the SX variant which will sit above the S variant and it will be offered with a 1.0L petrol engine and a 1.4L diesel engine, and the transmission duties on both the engines will be handled by a manual transmission with no automatic on offer. Apart from the features available on the S variant, the extra features on SX variant will be projector fog lamps, automatic headlamps, projector headlamps, headlamp cornering, LED DRL, power foldable ORVM with turn indicator, LED tail lamps, height adjustable driver seat, adjustable rear seat headrest, automatic climate control, leather gear knob and steering wheel, rear camera with display, cruise control, electric sunroof, map lamp, 8-inch HD infotainment system with Arkamys tuned speakers, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, voice recognition, USB charger and shark fin antenna. An added feature on the variant will be presence of a dual tone variant with faux leather seats.

Hyundai Venue SX+

Placed above the SX variant of the Venue SUV is the SX+ variant and this will be offered with a single engine option of a 1L petrol unit. The transmission duties here will be handled by a 7-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox. Apart from the features offered on the SX variant of Venue, the SX+ variant will also come with ESC, VSM, BAS, Burglar alarm, chrome handles, supervision cluster with rheostat, wireless charger, 8-inch HD infotainment screen, telematics, Day/Night IRVM, smart key plus push-button start, and an air purifier for the cabin.

Hyundai Venue SX(O)

The priciest and the highest placed variant of the Venue SUV line-up will be the SX(O) variant of the SUV. This variant will come with the option of a 1L petrol engine and a 1.4L diesel engine with manual transmission being offered on both of them and automatic not on offer on either. Apart from the features available on other variants the SX(O) variant will comes with 6 airbags including side and curtain airbags. Other safety features will include ESC, VSM, BAS and HAC. Other comfort features include wireless charger, air purifier, 60:40 split seat, OE telematics with remote, and Day/Night IRVM.
