The SOT Super provides lowest maintenance cost to the new car buyers on periodic maintenance service

Hyundai India has introduced an exclusive car periodic maintenance service package namely 'Shield of Trust - Super' for its customers in the country. The brand had earlier launched the Shield of Trust (SOT) running repair package in Feb 2021 in the Indian market. The Shield of Trust Super package is on offer with 10 Hyundai cars while it provides lowest maintenance cost to the new car buyers on periodic maintenance service up to 5 years/50,000 kilometres along with car care treatments & wheel alignment/balancing.

Hyundai Shield of Trust Super can be availed by the buyers not only during the purchase of a new Hyundai car but also any time before the second free service across all the company authorized dealerships across India. Commenting on this unique customer centric initiative, Mr. Tarun Garg, Director (Sales, Marketing & Service) said, “At Hyundai, we have always placed our customers at a higher pedestal through innovative customer centric initiatives. The success & customer acceptance of our SOT running repair package has motivated us to offer yet another service package, “SOT- Super” to address periodic maintenance service & car care needs and further elevate customer experience”.

The South-Korean automaker has been introducing various customer friendly initiatives in the country such as 360° Digital & Contact-less Service, Online service booking, Vehicle status update, Pick & Drop from home/ office and Online payment facility. The company presently has 1317 workshops in various cities and states in the Indian market. The customers can also opt for several value offerings like extended warranty, service packages & RSA programs. Meanwhile, in other news, Hyundai had recently launched the Alcazar 7-seater SUV in the country and needless to say, it received a thunderous response from the buyers with bookings crossing 5,000 mark in no time whatsoever.
