Hyundai Motor India Limited, one of India’s leading car makers, has rolled out the Grand i10 Nios CNG hatchback in the Indian market. The new CNG hatchback comes with dual-cylinder technology. It is available at an ex-showroom price of INR 7.75 lakh. In Hyundai’s lineup, the Grand i10 Nios CNG is the second car that features dual-cylinder technology, the first being the Exter Hy-CNG Duo. Till now, the company has sold more than four lakh Grand i10 units in the Indian market.

The new Grand i10 Nios CNG model is being offered in Sportz and Magna trims. The Sportz variant is priced at INR 8.30 lakh (ex-showroom). The company will also continue to sell the car with a single cylinder. Hyundai has revised the design of the car’s CNG tank. Now the big tank is split into two parts, and it is positioned in the lower part of the boot, providing more space. This change is important for a model like the Grand i10 Nios, where boot space is much smaller.
