The company reduced prices across its portfolio here by up to 5.9 percent post Goods and Services Tax (GST). The range starts from ₹8.92 lakh and goes up to ₹14 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Since the Creta is longer than 4 metres, there’s a higher cess (15 percent) above the base 28 percent GST rate. There are 14 different configurations of the Creta. The engines include a 90hp, 1.4-litre diesel, a 128hp, 1.6-litre diesel, and a 123hp, 1.6-litre petrol motor. Power is channelled to the front wheels via either a six-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic.
Every Hyundai car, from the Eon to the Santa Fe, have seen a price cut, ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹1.72-1.92 lakh. Prices will continue to vary from city to city though. Here are the ex-showroom, Delhi prices for the Creta.
