In fact, in some cities, the diesel and petrol price have become identical but that too couldn't stop the buyers to opt for the Creta diesel variants. The SUV's BS6 compliant 1.5L turbocharged U2 CRDi motor has been sourced from the Seltos which delivers maximum power of 115bhp at 4000rpm and peak torque of 250Nm between 1500-2750rpm and claims ARAI certified 21.4 kmpl mileage. It can be availed with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The new-gen Hyundai Creta BS6 comes in five trim levels: E, EX, S, SX, and SX (O).
