The Hyundai Creta sold 6 lakh units since it was first launched in the country

Hyundai Motor Company has announced that the popular Creta has achieved yet another milestone. The automaker has managed to sell 6,00,000 units of the SUV since it was first launched in 2015. The SUV received its mid-life refresh in August 2020. In terms of sales, Creta has been a regular segment topper. It had surpassed the sales mark of 5 lakh units in August last year in the country. Hyundai Creta has always been in demand since its first generation. With the arrival of the second generation of the SUV last year, it has logged sales of 1.39 lakh units till April 2021. With this, it remains the best selling UV in the country. Furthermore, it is offered in a total of five variants namely E, EX, S, SX and SX(O). Currently, after the price hike, the SUV falls in the range of Rs 9,99,990 - Rs 17,67,400 (ex-showroom). Design-wise, it features a 3D cascading grille upfront.
