Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. announced a new milestone in India. It continues to be a trendsetter in the 125cc motorcycle segment in the domestic market. In an illustration of Honda’s success in the two-wheeler market, Shine sales have crossed the 90-lakh sales milestone since its launch in 2006. As per the manufacturer, the bike has the highest market share of 39 percent in the Indian 125cc segment. 2020 was a hard year for many manufacturers due to the transition of new BS6 Emission Norms and COVID-19 pandemic but Shine defied the trend. 94,413 units of Honda Shine were sold in November.
