Honda has revealed the price, features and engine specs of disc brake variant of the BS6 Livo

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India launched the BS6 Livo at the end of June this year. The bike is available in two variants namely disc brake and drum brake. Recently, the company revealed the price of the disc brake variant. However, it had already announced the price of the drum brake variant at the time of the launch itself. The BS6 Honda Livo disc brake variant is priced at Rs 74,256 (Ex-Showroom). which makes it costlier by Rs 4200 than the drum brake variant. Talking about the drum brake variant, it is currently offered at Rs 70,056 (Ex-Showroom) in the country.

Cosmetically, the BS6 Livo features a new DC headlamp, integrated engine start/stop switch, integrated headlamp beam & passing switch, side-stand cut-off, and a service due indicator. Furthermore, the 110cc commuter bike looks aggressive due to the presence of the chiseled tank shrouds, modern front visor, and the bold fuel tank design. The bike also gets a new semi-digital meter console instead of the previous dual-clock unit. The all-new console gets an analog speedometer positioned on the left side along with a digital screen over the right side. 

Mechanically, BS6 Livo draws its power from a 110cc, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that churns out 8.8 bhp power and 9.3 Nm torque. The motor is linked to a 4-speed gearbox. In comparison to the outgoing model, the output figure is slightly lower while the fuel-efficiency has been increased. Also, the engine gets a silent ACG starter. As for suspension setup, the bike retains it from the predecessor. Upfront, it gets telescopic forks along with twin shock absorbers towards the rear. This premium 110 cc commuter bike gets 190 mm front disc brakes and 130 mm rear disc brakes. While the standard model gets 130 mm drum brakes at both the ends

Honda Livo BS6 is available in four color options namely Athletic Blue Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Black, and Imperial Red Metallic.
