Honda has updated the CB Unicorn 150 with ABS to meet safety regulations

Ahead of the safety regulations taking place in India from 1st April, 2019, all the carmakers and bikemakers are updating their products to meet the safety norms. Honda has now introduced ABS in the CB Unicorn 150. The Japanese motorcycle maker has updated the bike with a single-channel ABS unit and it is now priced at Rs. 78,815/- (ex-showroom).

The Honda CB Unicorn 150 ABS gets a price increase of Rs. 6500/- from the non-ABS version. Not only ABS but Honda has also updated the Unicorn 150 with tubeless tyres. There are no other visual, mechanical or equipment changes on the Honda CB Unicorn 150 apart from the additional single-channel ABS and tubeless tyres.

The Honda CB Unicorn 150 ABS is powered by the same 149.2cc single-cylinder engine that produces a maximum power output of 12.91 BHP at 8000 RPM with a peak torque output of 12.80 Nm at 5500 RPM. Honda is yet to update the Unicorn 160 with ABS which comparitively sells in lesser numbers against the Unicorn 150.
