Hero MotoCorp offers the standard Mavrick 440 bike in three trim levels: Base, Mid, and Top.

Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, has unveiled a new edition of its flagship bike, the Mavrick 440, in the Indian market. The brand has collaborated with Thums Up, which is India’s leading beverage brand, to roll out the new Mavrick 440 Thunderwheels in the market. The announcement was made public via Thums Up's social media channels. The teaser image features cricketer Jasprit Bumrah. It says that buyers who purchase and scan the QR code given behind the bottles of Thums Up will get a chance to ride and own the Hero Mavrick 440 limited edition. Hero MotoCorp offers the standard Hero Mavrick 440 in three trim levels: Base, Mid, and Top.

Hero Mavrick 440 Thunderwheels Specs

The Mavrick 440 Thunderwheels bike features a special dual-tone shade in the form of red and blue colors, similar to the one used by Thums Up on their logo and branding. The limited-edition Thunderwheels motorcycle comes equipped with fuel tank shrouds that are painted red. On the contrary, the tail section and fuel tank sport a blue color scheme. The Mavrick 440 limited edition receives Thunderwheels stickers on both sides. It houses bar-end mirrors, which gives the bike a premium look over the standard version.

On the feature front, the Hero Mavrick 440 comes equipped with all-LED lighting and an LCD instrument console that provides turn-by-turn navigation and smartphone connectivity for SMS and call notifications. In its segment, the Mavrick 440 bike rivals the likes of the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Jawa 350, Honda CB350, and the Harley-Davidson X440.

The bike features neo-retro styling followed by a muscular fuel tank and circular headlight. The Mavrick 440 Base trim features spoke wheels with tubeless tyres. On the contrary, the Top and Mid variants of the bike come equipped with diamond-cut alloy wheels and regular alloy wheels, respectively.

Mechanically, the Hero Mavrick 440 is a 440cc, air-/oil-cooled SOHC single-cylinder engine. The unit is tuned to generate power of 27.3 bhp at 6,000 rpm and torque of 36 Nm at 4,000 rpm. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox.
