Hero Lectro launched two electric mountain cycles with Bluetooth Connectivity in the country. Having said that, the Hero F2i and F3i are priced at Rs 39,999 and Rs 40,999 respectively. The e-bikes offer a comfortable riding experience in both urban areas and off-road tracks. The electric cycle division of Hero Cycles is basically targeting young riders who love adventures.

The Hero F2i and F3i have been designed in Hero Lectro’s own R&D centre. Moving on, all the interested buyers can purchase the electric MTBs from Hero Lectro’s network of over 600 dealers, exclusive experience centres & zones in Chennai & Kolkata, and online. The country’s first connected e-cycles in the mountain biking category comes equipped with Bluetooth and Smartphone app connectivity. This further allows the riders to keep a track of the insights such as their rides over the time. Also, the RFID bike lock offers security for the e-bikes. Other feature highlights include 7 speed gears, dual disc brakes, and 100mm suspension.

Performance-wise, both electric mountain bicycles come equipped with a high capacity 6.4Ah IP67 rated water and dust resistant battery along with a high torque 250W BLDC motor. Both e-bikes offer up to 35 km of range in a single charge. Besides these, riders get the option to choose from a total of four modes of operation namely Pedelec with 35 km of range, Throttle with 27 km of range, Cruise Control, and Manual. All these modes can easily be switched from one to another with the help of Smart LED display on the bicycles.
