Hero Electric Partners with SpareIt to Use Garage Network as EV Service Hubs

Hero Electric collaborated with SpareIt to train and use their garage network as EV service hubs. Under this partnership, SpareIt will be offering trained garages as Private Garage Owners (PGO) for Hero Electric’s B2B and B2C clients. In addition, SpareIt locate app will be integrating fleets and customers for garage discovery and service calls. This is being done with an aim to make EV owning experience seamless. Besides this, Hero Electric will be providing training to garage owners associated with SpareIt. The two-wheeler brand will also coach trainers from SpareIt as part of their train-the-trainer program.

Hero Electric is one of India's largest electric two-wheeler brands who is committed to create an ecosystem by re-skilling and training mechanics and garage owners, under its PGOs initiative. The aim is to service all types of electric bikes in the near future. Having said that, Hero has so far trained over 6,000 such PGOs. The brand is further committed to train over 20,000 such owners in the next two years.
