Great Wall Motors Appoints Hardeep Singh Brar as Director Marketing & Sales

Great Wall Motors which is set to debut next month at India's premier auto show - the Auto Expo 2020 has made a crucial announcement regarding its top management. China's largest SUV manufacturer, recently announced the appointment of Mr Hardeep Singh Brar as its Director Marketing & Sales. Hardeep Singh Brar who has been a veteran in the industry comes on board with more than 2 decades of experience in the area of automotive business operations. In the past he has worked with various automobile brands like Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen and General Motors. Prior to this appointment at Great Wall Motors, Hardeep Singh was holding the position of Director & Board Member of Nissan Motor Corporation.

Speaking on his appointment to the post, Brar said, " I am excited to join the India operations of Great Wall Motors and eager to build & drive a vision & business strategy for the organization in India". A Harvard alumnus, Hardeep is a mechanical engineer from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Punjab. He is also a marathoner and an avid sports enthusiast. In fact his appointment is the second such announcement that the company has made after the induction of Kaushik Ganguly as its Director Strategy & Planning. Prior to his movement, Kaushik was Head Product Planning at Maruti Suzuki.
