The updates could make it to the made-for-India Ford Aspire compact sedan.

The company has shown its facelifted Figo Sedan for international markets. The car is manufactured at Ford’s Sanand plant in Gujarat and is only for export.

There are cosmetic tweaks to the exterior and interior. The cabin sees the addition of a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system which comes with Ford’s Sync 3 tech, as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The 1.2-litre and 1.5-litre three-cylinder petrol engines from Ford’s new Dragon family are new to this car.

The updated Ford Aspire compact sedan is currently being tested in India and it will only go on sale in September 2018. It will get a makeover and will come with a longer list of standard equipment. Engines will include the 96hp, 1.2-litre petrol unit and 100hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine.
